Time Period: 1500's Renaissance Italy - Venice

Occupation: Art Thief/ Vigilante. Typical Robin Hood esq idea of stealing from the rich to help the poor.

Talents: Sword Fighting, hiding, climbing, athletics, stealing, renaissance parkour (lol)

Weakness: Water - can't swim, speaking (has some form of speech impediment)

Weapons: Dagger, Rapier, metal capped boots

Personality: Introverted/ incredibly shy, alienates himself from people, driven, focused, strong sense of justice.

Backstory: Raised in the streets of Venice, Giovanni came from a poor family which eventually drove him out once he turned 16 to support himself. He always had a talent for, and appreciated the art of mask making, but couldn't afford the supplies/tools needed to create them.

He was taken in as an apprentice by one of the great masters of mask making when the old man saw Giovanni begging on the side of the street.

The master because of his age and arthritis, could no longer make masks and was soon to be on the streets himself due to lack of money. Giovanni, having learned street smarts and thieving from his time being homeless, decided to take matters into his own hands and help the master by making masks under his name and also, stealing prized art from the upper class gallery's he had always been refused entry to when he was homeless, and selling them on the black market.

Whatever money was left over after supporting the Master and buying mask making supplies, Giovanni gave anonymously to the poor. As he grew more ambitious and aimed for the the highest valued and most prized art pieces of Venice, he crafted a special mask to wear while he worked to keep his identity a secret.
